Schedule of Fees & Expenses For Valuation, Arbitration / Conciliation and for Lending Risk Analysis

(A) For Valuation of fixed assets :

• 0.025% of assessed value subject to a minimum of Rs.10,000/- per order (for assets not under litigation or decree)
• As per Calcutta High Court Scale for assets under litigation or decree

(B) Sitting Fee FOR ARBITRATION/CONCILIATION :

• When the Venue is Kolkata : Rs.10,000/- per sitting (to be shared by parties)
• Anywhere else in India : Rs.17,000/- per sitting (to be shared by parties)

(C) For Lending Risk analysis :

Rs.50/- per page of documents scrutinised subject to a minimum of Rs.10,000/- per order

Expenses :

All expenses, on travelling & incidental shall be charged at actual.
