For Arbitration or Conciliation, both or all the parties in dispute shall have to send a formal request by name to Mr. S. N. Pal, a Life Member of both Indian Council of Arbitration and FICCI Arbitration and Conciliation Tribunal (FACT) to enter upon reference agreeing to share his fees equitably on receipt of which he will convey his consent to the parties in dispute confirming Venue, Date of entering upon reference and documents to be produced on the date of reference.
Parties, willing to avail of the services for Arbitration or conciliation, will be required to mention in their letter that they agree to abide by the terms of reference e.g.
