All communication with our Clients shall be in writing, irrespective of the mode of communication. It shall be clear in presentation and nothing shall be implied upon.
All instructions shall be accepted by us in good faith and the foundation of the relationship with our Clients shall be mutual trust.
We shall perform to the best of our ability and we shall hold ourselves not only responsible but also accountable for our performance.
We shall remain careful to protect the privacy of our Clients and no information of one shall be passed on to the other without written consent of the former.
We shall charge fees as per schedule of fee prepared by us from time to time and every revision shall be circulated to as many Clients as possible prior to giving effect.
Clients shall ascertain our requirement of documents, fee etc. prior to assigning us with work.
Clients shall try to maintain scheduled date of inspection to be communicated by us within 48 hours of receiving instruction as otherwise other Clients' work may be unnecessarily delayed.
Although we generally meet committed appointments for inspection of the assets, exigency may still occur due to circumstances beyond our control and we would expect our Clients to bear with us.
Reports once uploaded will remain in our website for life.
Before downloading report our invoice will appear on the monitor and only upon giving acceptance to our invoice, Clients shall be able to download the report. Payment of our invoice may be made by NEFT/GPRS to our accounts the details of which appear in our invoice). In certain cases Report shall be uploaded only after payment of our fee which shall be intimated by e-mail once the report is ready for uploading.
Our liability shall be limited to the payment we receive for our work and any dispute concerning our work shall lie within the Jurisdiction of Competent Court in Kolkata.
