MR. S. N. Pal – Proprietor S. N. Pal & Associates

Mr. S. N. Pal is an Alumnus of 1968 from the Regional Engineering College, Rourkela. He started as a Valuer (Evaluator) in the year 1983, after having spent more than 15 years, working with Foundations and Structures, Marine Propulsion Machinery, Heavy Earth Moving Machinery, Cryogenic Gas Plants and Specialty Gases Pipelines, Project Planning & Execution and Contract Administration in five leading Companies. Mr. Pal is a licensee of the Central Board of Direct Taxes/Income Tax Department, The Hon'ble High Court, Kolkata, various Banks and Financial Institutions in the nationalized and multinational sectors. He is also a practicing Arbitrator under license from Indian Council of Arbitration and the FICCI Arbitration and Conciliation Tribunal (FACT).

Having started as a one-man enterprise more than 36 years ago, Mr. Pal had developed the firm, S. N. Pal & Associates. The Associates are established and renowned Professionals from different streams of Engineering & Technology. S. N. Pal & Associates is proud to have a team of dedicated Engineers and Technologists upholding a sense of value and unstinted integrity. Since 1990, the processing of Valuation Reports at S. N. Pal & Associates is fully computerized, bringing with it enhanced speed and accuracy. Although we have adopted the concept of virtual office, our team is close knit and works together. Togetherness is our motivation.

As enlisted Valuer with The Hon'ble High Court, Kolkata, Mr. Pal has had the privilege of being appointed not only Valuer but also Special Officer, Receiver, Arbitrator and Special Referee in many a matters by different Benches of The Hon'ble Court and many landmark judgments have been delivered based on his reports. Mr. Pal also holds seminars/inter-active sessions on valuation of assets on being invited by Banks as Guest Faculty.
